spacious room complimentary tea expensive parking rude staff
I found the room very spacious. Complimentary tea and coffee were offered in the mornings at the restaurant, THIS helped me start the day well.
The valet parking was expensive. The bar staff were rude and disrespectful to me and other guests. I visited twice and experienced poor service.

well-equipped gym metal bottle chipping vinyl worn furniture
i found the gym to be well-equipped. it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the hotel provided a reusable metal water bottle in the room. this was a nice touch.
I noticed the room i was in was not updated. the vinyl on the headboard was chipping. the furniture was worn and stained. I also had an issue with housekeeping entering my room despite the do not disturb sign.
